I am a Food Scientist working in a Quality Control / Quality Assurance environment. I am currently the Quality Manager for a dairy company in Saudi Arabia and head up the quality fucntion for the company.
I recently developed a market complaints databse to streamline the process and make data capturing & reporting more easier.
