by Stephen Heard this is the main menu for the race management system within the database, from here you can access the race analysis form, score board, the finished race sheet, averages for members, delete previous weeks race and pools edit members distances and access the weekly race form.

by Stephen Heard This form contains the details of the club and federation, it is from this form that the lables in form headers pick up the club name and report footers pick up the names of club officials as well as letters to the feaderation secretary where hisname and address are picked up from again using DLookup Funtions.

by Stephen Heard The password for the form is not contained within the code of the form, rather the form runs a lookup function on the click event of the login button to check that the password is correct so the database administrator can change the password if he so wishes to.

The user friendly weekly race sheet form

by Stephen Heard This form is used on a weekly basis and will enter each member into the race and into the clubs prize pool each member is entered each week whether racing or not as there are various reports in the database that depend on accurate information from this form, including a weerkly race form that totals amounts such as: the total amount to be sent to the federation, Total pool money etc.
