We want to keep
Access Developers relevant and suitable for persons of all ages, interests and beliefs. Because of this we are setting guidelines, in addition to the
Terms of Service, that we expect all members to adhere to.
These are -
- Respect everyones right to an opinion, and to express that opinion in a respectful way. By that we mean, have your say, but don't include in that any comments, words or imagery that will offend and is intended to offend. If you are incapable of expressing your opinion in a respectful manner then don't.
- Do not upload any photos, videos or music, or make comments that will offend other members. Remember, others can view what you say and post.
- Do not upload any photos, videos or music, or post any other material that is promoting or inciting any unlawful act. We will remove all such material and ban members that continue to post such material.
- Do not upload any photos, videos or music, or post any other material that is promoting violence, to others or to oneself in any way. Again, we will remove all such material and ban members that continue to post such material.
- This is not a venue for commercial promotion. Blatant promotion of a commercial nature will be removed and the offending member warned. If it repeats the member will be banned. If you have commercial interests you wish to promote on this site then contact us.
- In a nutshell, we do not want this site to be dominated by content meant to shock for the sake of it, nor to be inundated with endless posts of a commercial nature. While this is a free site, 'free' does not mean free to do whatever you like, and I call on all members to report any unacceptable activity.
Events Calendar
- DO post events if they are Microsoft Access related, or related to the developing of databases in some way that Access Developers will benefit..
- DO NOT post events you have not been given express authority, by the event holder, to post.
- DO NOT post events on the Events Calendar that are not true events open to the public. We do not generally allow events that are run for primarily a commercial interest. If you have any doubt contact us and ask. We will allow events of a commercial nature if we deem them to be of value to the community.
