What Groups do we need to create?

We are looking for your suggestions about what Groups are needed and why, so please post any and all comments.

I have thought on this for a few days and the only thing I could suggest is Macros/Modules. Everything else seems to have a place it could be plugged into. I am assuming that you are talking about groups in the forum. However if you are referring to the Groups tab.... I am clueless!
